Do you want to play a key role in an international HR team and ensure that thousands of colleagues are paid on time and correctly every month?

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and continuous process improvement.

About the Role

As a Payroll Specialist, you are essential to the organization. You ensure that salaries, taxes, and social contributions are processed correctly and on time, and you act as the main point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries. With your knowledge of legislation and your eye for detail, you support both employees and the business. You will also contribute to improving processes and optimizing systems.

What You Will Do
  • Process the monthly payroll (approx. 2,000 salaries)
  • Check salaries, benefits, pensions, and taxes
  • Answer payroll-related questions from colleagues via the People Portal
  • Process starters, changes, and leavers
  • Analyze and report payroll data to Finance & HR
  • Ensure declarations and payments are 100% accurate and submitted on time
  • Contribute to improvements in systems and processes
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Accurate, discreet, and service-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
