SAP BW/HANA Consultant

Experienced SAP BW/HANA Consultant with deep expertise in Finance Reporting & Analytics, delivering high-performance, scalable solutions across global finance domains (AtR, OTC, FP&A, STS). Combines hands-on technical development with strategic architectural leadership, translating complex business requirements into actionable insights. Proven track record in enabling digital transformation, improving financial reporting and analytics, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Responsibility

• Architect, design, and optimize SAP BW/HANA models and data flows for Finance Reporting and Analytics
• Support end-to-end Financial Reporting & Analytics projects (requirements, SDLC, testing, go-live support)
• Enable sustainable reporting solutions and provide tool training
• Support 3rd line customer requests and resolve complex issues
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive solutions
• Identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic insights and process improvements

Skills

• Proven experience with SAP BW and SAP Analytics tools (5+ years).
• Experience focusing on innovation, process optimization, and deployment of new functionality.
• Financial acumen and end-to-end business & technology process knowledge.
• Knowledge of new and emerging technologies.
• Ability to efficiently work on cross-functional, cross-company, global teams.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
• Flexibility and ability to work independently, with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong delivery and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Desirable / Potential Familiarity with Tools:
• SAP BW/HANA, ABAP, SQL
• SAP ERP (ECC, S/4HANA)
• Analytics & Reporting Tools (Analysis for Office, Power BI, Web Intelligence, BEX Query Design)
• Data Integration (SLT, Informatica, SAP Datasphere, Databricks, SAC-P)
• SDLC & Agile Tools (Confluence, Jira, ALM/Xray)
