What You’ll Do

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently through Salesforce and SAP systems.
• Manage client accounts, providing prompt and reliable support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Maintain and update detailed and accurate records of sales activities, customer profiles, and product information.
• Collaborate proactively with logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations and timely deliveries.

You Are

• Strong multitasking abilities with a client-focused and solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the proven ability to engage clearly and effectively with both external clients and internal teams.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce (SF) and SAP platforms.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication
