Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects across business units.
Assist in managing IT operations to ensure systems and services run smoothly.
Coordinate with business and IT teams to align with strategy, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to IT risk management, incident handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and report on key performance indicators and project status to senior management.
Help implement IT policies, procedures, and governance standards.

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate has 1-3 years of IT experience, ideally in operations, projects, or junior management roles within banking or a regulated environment. They are proactive, eager to learn, and possess strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A relevant IT degree or certifications are a plus, and they are motivated to develop into a full IT management role. What's On Offer
