Health Safety Environment Advisor

The client is a materials plant operator, and they are working on the operational safety, maintenance and the management of their HSE/HSEQ systems.

The roles requires a HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) advisor to join them on manufacturing plant. This is a major international client, so you will be managing safety onsite, dealing with local teams, and delivering international safety procedures.

START : November or December 2025 (January start considered)

SALARY : €5,000 - €6,000 Euros per month + 8% + package

LOCATION : Haarlem, Netherlands – South East Netherlands

Specification:

- HSE/HSSE/HSEQ/QHSE technical background with relevant certification

- MVK, PA2, NEBOSH or similar certification

- Ideally experience working on operational process plants – chemical, energy, manufacturing

- Knowledge of safety HSE/QMS management systems

- Clear understanding of behaviour-based safety management

- Excellent English language skills

- Dutch language skills are also very beneficial

The client has the opportunity for the successful HSE advisor to join them in Q1 2026, they would be happy for the successful candidate to mobilise at your earliest convenience. Interviewing in November and December.

The role requires a strong HSE Advisor who is confident in advising operational, maintenance and site based staff on health, safety and environmental issues. This client will pay for MVK/HVK training if absent and accommodate further training in the future.
