Solution Architect Enterprise Data Management

As a Solution Architect in our Enterprise Data Management team, you will act as the global Master Data solution architect and be responsible for designing and realizing the short- and mid-term vision and architecture of our Enterprise Data Management stream.

How you will help us:

Based in our Hoofddorp office and reporting to Kathleen, our Enterprise Data Management Product Owner, as part of the role you will:

• Document and deliver solution architecture. You will act as the global IT solution expert for your functional area, delivering documented functional and technical solution designs that respect enterprise architecture principles and actively liaising with the business to ensure solutions bring ongoing value to daily operations.

• Deliver Master data solutions. You will support the realization of your vision within the team and execute the build, test, and delivery of integrated solutions for projects as well as perform system configuration and data mapping for various business initiatives.

• Translate requirements into effective solutions. You will lead and support workshops to establish business requirements, translate them into sustainable solutions that deliver operational excellence across the ASICS business.

• Provide in-depth technical advice to relevant streams. You will provide technical and business process advice for various global streams , initiate collaboration between business and IT functional leads and effectively explain global solutions and business processes to global and regional stakeholders.

• Champion knowledge sharing. You will guide other IT functions including Master Data Consultants, our Regional Enterprise Support team and the Testing and Training experts with functional knowledge and input and share knowledge and information with our key user community.

Does this sound like you?

• You have experience with complex IT landscapes. You have at least 7 years of hands-on experience with relevant SAP modules, data integration technologies, and external party system integration.

• You excel in collaborating with stakeholders globally. You have proven experience in a Fashion or FMCG global organisation and can employ cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the world.

• You enjoy simplifying complexity. You are confident in your ability to create a vision enabling our organisation to solve issues with viable innovative solutions.

• You champion continuous improvement. You are keen on becoming an ambassador for our ways of working and can employ process-oriented thinking to effectively operate within our organisation.
