Your Role as a Technical Implementation Specialist

Location: Delft or Madrid

In short:

Within the Managed Services department, you will implement our Splunk and/or Carbon Black Cloud cybersecurity services for our customers. Other services the team implements include SIEM, network, and endpoint monitoring. You will be responsible for the complete Splunk and/or Carbon Black Cloud implementation at the client, where you will advise and help them achieve their goals. The technical configuration is an important part of the implementation, so you know what you’re talking about. In addition to Splunk and/or Carbon Black Cloud, you will build knowledge of other Fox products, but specifically for Splunk and/or Carbon Black Cloud you will go in-depth. You provide high-quality advice and strong implementations that you hand over to the operational teams at the client and at NCC.

This is You

• A great Technical Implementation Specialist is someone who can:
• Implement Splunk and/or Carbon Black Cloud cybersecurity solutions for our clients
• Act as the main point of contact during implementations, guiding clients through the process step by step
• Configure and deliver high-quality technical solutions that align with client needs and goals
• Provide expert advice and translate technical details into clear guidance for clients
• Build in-depth knowledge of Splunk and Carbon Black Cloud while also developing skills across other Fox products
• Ensure smooth handover of implementations to operational teams (both client-side and NCC Group)
• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities during implementation and communicate them effectively
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Managed Services and wider NCC Group teams

The ideal candidate:

• Has at least MBO-4 education (Dutch secondary vocational education), in ICT (system administration, cloud & infrastructure management, or similar)
• Preferably has knowledge of log monitoring
• Is strong in communication and able to clearly highlight risks and challenges
• Speaks fluent Dutch & English
• Has experience with Linux and/or Windows
• Experience with Splunk and/or Carbon Black Cloud is a plus, but not required
• Plus: Splunk certificates (Core User, Power User, Certified Admin, Cloud Admin, etc.)
