About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operator to keep our shipping and warehouse operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing workflows, assigning tasks, and ensuring everything moves efficiently, from shipping and receiving to inventory tracking and order processing. You’ll work closely with warehouse associates, supervisors, and customer service to keep things on track and solve any issues that come up. Key Responsibilities

Product Handling and Warehouse Maintenance:

• Manage in-stock and out-stock processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products.
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring they are correctly packed and labeled.
• Perform regular stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe for operations.
• Monitor warehouse conditions and report any maintenance issues.

Testing and Operational Support:

• Conduct basic testing on LED display products according to standard procedures.
• Report any defects or irregularities to the relevant team.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall operations.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving goods.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory management software.
• Hands-on mentality and good attention to detail.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
