• Drive initial analysis for strategic challenges, identify stakeholders, and co-create organisation-wide solutions.
• Support the Programme Lead in shaping the long-term roadmap, advising on improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement decisions, ensuring adoption and smooth transition using change management methodologies.
• Design, manage, and monitor proof-of-concept or pilot activities for new ways of working, including success criteria, resource coordination, and outcome reporting.
• Lead organisational readiness assessments and impact tracking, developing resistance mitigation plans and monitoring adoption metrics.

• Proven expertise in analysing current operating models and designing scalable frameworks (e.g., Agile at Scale, Portfolio Management).
• Strong ability to pivot across topics and deliver expert insights quickly.
• Skilled in creating persuasive, data-driven executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Experience in diagnosing complex organisational problems and structuring analytical workstreams.
• Ability to translate strategy into phased implementation roadmaps with clear change management requirements.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior leaders and secure alignment on sensitive changes.
• High independence and drive to own strategic outputs.
• Strong data synthesis skills and ability to lead outcome-focused workshops.
• Solid understanding of large-scale transformation programme structures and governance.
