Job Description About the Role As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations at our facility. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees and management, ensuring smooth handling of HR processes, systems, and documentation while contributing to a positive workplace experience. This is a six-month temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. How You Will Contribute
Provide administrative support across all HR topics including recruitment, onboarding, training, absenteeism, and performance management.
Maintain and manage the time registration system, ensuring accurate monthly sign-off and data processing.
Act as the primary HR contact for the facility, handling calls, emails, and inquiries from employees and management.
Prepare and process payroll-related records, liaising with the external payroll provider and addressing employee payroll questions.
Distribute work-related items (e.g., safety gear, badges) and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Support the HR Advisor with reporting and assist in more complex HR data analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in HR systems including time management, HRIS, and absenteeism tracking.
Assist in organizing site events such as charity initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Provide support to the HR Project Manager on HR projects and lead small administrative process improvement initiatives.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (verbal and written).
Minimum MBO-level education in HR; HBO is preferred.
At least one year of experience in HR or payroll administration.
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships across departments.
Knowledge of the CLA and Working Hours Act, with the ability to apply this in practice.
Experience working with operations managers, staff, and external stakeholders.
Ability to independently resolve system and data-related issues.
Confidence in giving and receiving feedback on HR processes and procedures.
