As an IT Recruiter at Levy, you get energized when a client presents a new project. That's your moment to use your creativity, energy, and personality to find the perfect candidate for the role. You know how to work with traditional channels such as social media, our database, referrals, and your own network. You are also skilled at creating your own targeting and campaign strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of strong candidates. Tight deadlines don't stress you in fact, that's where you perform best.

What will you be doing?

• Actively sourcing potential candidates and setting up targeted campaign strategies
• Communicating effectively with clients so they are fully informed about your candidates' availability and suitability
• Making sure candidates are clearly briefed about the role, including responsibilities, required skills, location, and compensation
• Leading negotiations and conducting selection interviews

Who are we looking for?

• You are social, proactive, and have strong interpersonal skills
• You are independent, flexible, and able to work well within a team
• You can perform under tight deadlines
• You operate at a Bachelor's (HBO) level
• You enjoy working in a scale-up environment
• You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English
• Affinity with IT is a plus, but not required
