Utilities & Maintenance Manager (Europe)

We’re looking for a visionary EAME Utilities & Maintenance Manager to help shape the future of our clients operations across Europe. In this role, you will champion transformation, elevate maintenance and utilities performance, and drive sustainability impact across multiple sites and technologies.

Multiple locations: France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Hungary & Germany

Your Impact

As a regional leader, you’ll be a key change agent—guiding sites toward world-class utilities and maintenance excellence. You will:

Lead Operations & Governance

• Oversee and support site operations with global collaboration
• Conduct maturity assessments and drive improvement plans
• Build and execute a regional roadmap aligned with global strategy
• Provide insights, training, and best practices to site teams
• Support OEE performance management and global standards deployment
• Lead benchmarking initiatives and support strategy deployment

Drive Sustainable Operations

• Partner with sustainability and operational teams on quarterly strategy
• Support KPI targets, measurement capabilities, and CO₂ reduction planning
• Help advance Givaudan’s long-term sustainability goals

Onsite Support & Improvement

• Advise on projects influencing utilities and maintenance systems
• Support site master planning and long-term asset replacement strategies
• Contribute to digitalisation initiatives and complex problem-solving
• Engage in assessments covering EHS, Quality, Utilities, and more

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years in operations, maintenance, utilities systems, LEAN/TPM
• Strong experience in food or chemical processing industries
• Proven success driving change in diverse, multi-disciplinary environments
• Fluent in English
• Bonus advantage: Certified Energy Manager/Auditor, PMP, LEAN expertise, Green Belt
