Oracle Program Manager

Location: Amsterdam

Employment Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Oracle implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholders across customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Oversee resource planning, onboarding/offboarding, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, risk management, and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and disputes with confidence.
• Identify opportunities for value creation beyond SOW without compromising profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Oracle end-to-end implementation projects .
• Strong program governance, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage gross profit margins and revenue forecasts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
