About the team

Deftpower is building a new Marketing team with a Marketing Lead, an Event Manager and now two core hires: a PR & Content Manager and a Product Marketing Manager. With proven product–market fit, a recent €12.5 million investment and the trust of leading eMobility brands across Europe, we are ready to build a marketing function that matches our momentum.

As a white-label platform we grow by making our customers successful. That means we don’t just promote Deftpower, we also support clients as they bring new features - such as Smart Charging - to end users: EV drivers and fleet managers.

In this role you own a defined area of marketing end-to-end, with close support from the Marketing Lead and in collaboration with Product, Commercial teams and our CEO. It’s a role for someone ready to step up: a strong mid-level or senior contributor who wants more ownership, strategic influence and the chance to shape how a category-defining B2B company shows up.

About the job

As PR & Content Manager you lead all external communication, from media relations and thought leadership to the stories that bring our products and vision to life. You turn complex energy and eMobility topics into clear, compelling narratives that position Deftpower as a trusted leader across Europe.

You work end-to-end across our communication landscape: defining messages, creating content, supporting product launches and amplifying the innovations our teams build. Your work ensures that customers, partners, journalists and prospects understand not only what we do, but why it matters.

• Lead all external communications and manage owned channels and media relations
• Translate complex charging and flexibility topics into clear, engaging industry narratives
• Write and create high-quality content such as press releases, white papers and customer stories
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities with strong storytelling in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development and Sales to align messaging and bring ideas to market

• Salary range: between €5000,- and €6500,- a month
• 8% holliday allowance, 25 vacations days, pension well arranged
• €2.000,- training budget a year
• Choose your own laptop to work with (€1750,-)

About you

You thrive in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment where clarity, quality and ownership matter. At Deftpower you succeed when you combine strong writing skills with curiosity, sound judgment and close collaboration with others.

• 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, journalism or content creation and at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Proven ability to write clearly, simplify complex topics and craft compelling stories
• Experience producing high-quality content across formats such as press releases, articles and social posts
• Familiarity with media relations, announcements and working with journalists
• Experience working across different European markets or in international environments
