Junior Werkvoorbereider

Requirement for a Junior Work Planner (Werkvoorbereider) civil for a client of mine based in Utrecht. This is for a portfolio of projects ongoing with an initial contract to the end of 2026. The client operates as a civil Contractor.

WORKING PATTERN: Full time onsite

CONTRACT TYPE: Freelance / Eigenaar / ZZP / Eenmanzaak / Self-Employed

Qualifications:

• Completed technical education MBO+ (mechanical/electrical degree)
• VCA vol
• AutoCAD required

Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Preparing jobs in a readable and good work package in preparation of detail work preparation to contractors. Checking the packages after preparation by the contractors. Providing the work packages with a duration and guestimate.
• Recognising faults
• Reporting surveys and findings
• Making orders to contractors/contractors
• Ordering equipment/parts
• Estimating the lead time and costs
• Checking the detailed work packages of the contractors
• Follow-up of the work
• Elaborating packages, estimating costs and lead time, estimating other disciplines and safety measures and checking the detailed preparation of the contractor
• Team player
• Mechanical piping and Electrical cable preparation
