Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology

€35,000 - €50,000 per annum plus up to 30% commission

Arrows an international technology talent solutions agency offering contingent, RPO, embedded and SOW recruitment solutions to our clients. We already have a strong presence in the UK and Netherlands partnering with leading global brands and fast-growing tech start-ups to help them hire the best talent across the UK, Europe, and soon to be the USA.

This year we got our detachering license and our Country Manager has won multiple accounts where we need support to account manage and build those relationships whilst targeting new business. Our focus is to generate high margin, strategic accounts. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-driven, high-trust environment.

You’ll be joining a high performing, collaborative and ambitious team passionate about placing top talent across Data, AI, Machine Learning and Cloud technologies.

The Role

As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be leveraging Arrows’ existing business in Netherlands and taking over the relationships of new accounts. You’ll build meaningful client partnerships, deliver exceptional talent solutions, and help drive our international growth strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop new client relationships within technology verticals
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process for permanent and contract roles with the support of a delivery tram
• Leverage market knowledge to advise clients and candidates on hiring trends
• Negotiate favourable commercial terms and deliver against revenue targets
• Collaborate across Arrows’ international network to cross-sell opportunities

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ 360 recruitment experience ideally within technology
• Proven success recruiting in the Netherlands with Dutch clients
• Strong business development and client acquisition skills
• Track record of exceeding financial and performance targets
• Must speak fluent Dutch
