Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications leveraging GCP components and conversational AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement chatbot solutions using Dialogflow integrated with GCP services.
• Develop serverless functions and backend logic using Cloud Functions and App Engine .
• Manage data storage and retrieval using Firestore , Cloud Storage , and Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) .
• Implement messaging and event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub .
• Configure VPC , Firewall Rules , and ensure secure networking for chatbot applications.
• Automate build and deployment pipelines using Cloud Build .
• Secure application secrets with Secret Manager and monitor performance using Cloud Logging .
• Integrate Google Translation API for multilingual chatbot capabilities.
• Work with Elastic for search and analytics integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure chatbot aligns with business requirements.
• Optimize chatbot performance and maintain high availability and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in GCP services : Cloud Functions, App Engine, Firestore, Storage, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, VPC, Firewall Rules, Cloud Build, Secret Manager, Cloud Logging.
• Strong knowledge of Dialogflow for conversational AI development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python , Node.js , or Java .
• Experience with Google Translation API and Elastic integration.
• Understanding of network security , API integrations , and CI/CD pipelines .
• Familiarity with cloud architecture best practices and microservices .
• The Dutch language proficiency to handle the dialogue flow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-language chatbot development .
• Knowledge of machine learning or NLP concepts.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) on GCP.
