As a Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist, you will help creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, while managing and maintaining various Knowledge bases. You will be actively involved in creating, maintaining, updating, and publishing help center articles, spec sheets, assembly manuals, presentations, and websites. You work closely with the Client and internal Stakeholders to deliver quality documentation that is used as the reference for learning and application. Responsibilities
Help Center/Knowledge Base Management: Manage and maintain multiple Help Centers/Knowledge Bases to ensure our users have access to accurate, up-to-date information. This includes organizing content, implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, and optimizing user experience.
Documentation Creation and Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain a variety of technical documentation, including help center articles, spec sheets, assembly manuals, and other materials. Ensure all documentation is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with company standards.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, quality assurance specialists, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation reflects the latest product features, updates, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve documentation, content optimization, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all documentation.
Translation and Localization: Manage the translation and localization of documentation for international audiences, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance. Coordinate with translation vendors and review translated materials to maintain quality and consistency.
Requirements
4 years of technical writing and documentation experience
Technology savvy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the Global business.
Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning, and creative problem solving
