We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution & Integration Architect to lead architectural design, integration strategy, and technical oversight across multiple cross-domain IT initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of enterprise architecture thinking, solution design authority, and deep understanding of how platforms, networks, applications, and cloud environments work together in a modern digital landscape.
You will shape the architectural direction of major transformation efforts, ensuring designs are consistent, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards – while mentoring architects and engineers across teams.
Lead and review multiple solution designs simultaneously, ensuring architectural consistency and alignment with enterprise standards and long-term target architecture.
Provide expert guidance on integration strategies across applications, platforms, networks, and cloud environments.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, offering strategic direction without micromanaging execution.
Document architectures, decisions, integration patterns, and technical guidance.
Promote architectural excellence, consistency, and maturity across the organization.
Mentor architects and engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
Support digital transformation, modernization initiatives, and platform evolution.
Ensure designs incorporate security, scalability, operational resilience, and best practices in cloud and infrastructure architecture.
Partner with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure architectural viability end-to-end.
Significant experience as a Senior Architect (solution, integration, or enterprise). Engineering experience alone is not sufficient.
Strong solution architecture principles, system design, and enterprise application landscape knowledge.
Expertise in:
Ability to review, challenge, and refine multiple complex designs.
