Bent u een goede match, solliciteer dan.<br><p>This is a hands-on IT role supporting infrastructure across the Netherlands and Germany, with some users located across wider Europe and the UK.</p> <p>Youll be responsible for:</p> <p><strong>Systems & Infrastructure Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and support Navision BC / Navision 2009 (and other ERP systems)</li> <li>Build, configure, and repair hardware and software</li> <li>Troubleshoot servers, networks, and security issues</li> <li>Run preventative maintenance</li> <li>Administer IT security across servers, computers, and network equipment<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Helpdesk & On-Site Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide Level 1/2 support to staff across EU regions</li> <li>Manage and track support tickets</li> <li>Support remote and on-site users</li> <li>Set up networks, production/process equipment, and IT installations<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Projects & Documentation </strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to IT projects and operational improvements</li> <li>Update technical documentation and work schedules</li> <li>Assist operations teams with new processes and systems<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel & Coverage</strong></p> <ul> <li>On-site role in the Netherlands</li> <li>Travel to Germany 5 days per month (typically 3 weeks NL, 1 week Germany)</li> </ul><br><p><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>Strong experience with ERP System - Navision BC/2009</li> <li>Background in IT customer support or system administration</li> <li>Experience supporting remote users<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Strengths</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced hardware repair and troubleshooting</li> <li>Strong xcjrqgh knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Confident communicator (written and verbal)</li> <li>Self-starter with a practical mindset</li> <li>Team-oriented with problem-solving ability</li> </ul><br><ul> <li>Work for a global sustainability-focused tech leader</li> <li>Support major European operations in a visible, hands-on role</li> <li>Competitive salary and international exposure</li> <li>Be part of a mission-driven business shaping circular IT solutions</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (with travel to Germany – 5 days per month)</li> <li>Salary: €43,000 – €65,000</li> <li>Contract: Full-time, on-site with European travel</li> </ul><br>
