In this role, you will be the key link between Avantor and its <strong>Biopharma customers,</strong> building and maintaining strong partnerships. Youll work in a skilled, collaborative team and engage closely with colleagues across purchasing, logistics to ensure smooth support for our customers.</p><br><p><strong>What were looking for</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: MBO/ Bachelors degree in Administration or similar field</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Several years of applicable experience in a customer service role</li><li><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></li><li>Good organization and time management skills</li><li>Strong communication skills in English, and good level of Dutch is required</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel </li><li>Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system is a plus</li><li>Good business understanding and ability to grasp company processes and routines</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking and problem solving</li><li>Motivated to learn, curious, and engaged</li><li>Solid collaboration skills and a positive attitude</li></ul><br><p><strong>How youll thrive and create an impact xcjrqgh </strong></p><ul><li>Owns the customer request and experience from initiation to conclusion</li><li>Manage inbound customer communication regarding service status, orders, and issues</li><li>Coordinate and expedite customer orders, ensuring timely resolution of challenges and accurate documentation</li><li>Oversee the order processing, from initial entry through to final shipping, guaranteeing smooth and efficient processing</li><li>Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to uphold operational efficiency, compliance standards, and organizational integrity.</li></ul><br>
