Warehouse Operator

As a warehouse operator, you’ll work via Staffice for a leading logistics company near Schiphol. You’ll help process goods from all over the world, ensuring everything is handled quickly, safely, and correctly. With fixed rotating shifts, your schedule gives you both structure and room to enjoy your free time.
You’ll alternate between early and late shifts. One week you start early, the next week later. Perfect if you want to enjoy a slow morning or have free time in the afternoon. Everyone rotates between both shifts. If you don’t live near Hoofddorp or Aalsmeer, your own transport is essential — public transportation doesn’t cover these shifts.
Because the work takes place in a secure area, a VGB (Certificate of No Objection) is required. To apply for this, you must have lived in an EU, EEA, or NATO country for at least 7 consecutive years. We’ll handle the application, but you need to meet the criteria.
If you like hands-on work, have logistics experience, and are physically fit, this job is made for you.
Your tasks

Receiving, checking, and sorting incoming shipments
Loading and unloading trucks
Preparing outbound shipments
Moving goods using a forklift or pallet jack
Verifying labels, documents, and orders
Entering data into the system
Keeping your work area clean and organized
Following safety protocols and warehouse procedures

What we’re looking for

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Forklift or reach truck certificate, or willingness to get one via Staffice
Willingness to work two fixed shifts: 06:00–15:30 and 14:30–23:00
Own transportation (car, scooter, or bike) due to limited public transport
Lived in an EU, EEA, or NATO country for the past 7 years (VGB requirement)
Physically fit and comfortable with active work
Reliable, accurate, and hands-on attitude

What we offer

Gross hourly wage of €16.47 on weekdays, €24.70 on Saturdays, €32.94 on Sundays
Bonus rates: 130% on weekday overtime, 150% on Saturdays, 200% on Sundays
Travel allowance from 10 km one-way
