Drive direct sales of Gardin's hardware and software solutions, generating substantial new revenue in the coming year.
Manage and expand reseller partnerships to accelerate growth
Leverage C-suite relationships to expand the customer pipeline and surpass revenue goals
Own and execute commercial strategies, including business development, sales, and marketing
Collaborate with the product team to align customer needs with product development and move toward a scalable, self-service sales model

Your strong C-suite network and hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset will help drive early sales and growth before scaling operations. Job Requirements
Proven experience in enterprise sales and business development in AgTech or horticulture
Successfully grown hardware and SaaS software
Experience in leading commercial teams in business development, sales, and marketing
Knowledge of the greenhouse market, especially in the Netherlands and North America
Strong C-suite network in relevant industries
Ability to drive sales and close deals in the first year
Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach with contract and negotiation expertise
