Customer Success Advisor | German - For Netherland Resident Only


Your responsibilities :
  • Provide customer service in both German and English by phone, email, and chat
  • Support customers with licensing, pricing, payment details, and order status
  • Prepare quotes for software licences and renewals
  • Follow up on quotes to support the sales process
  • Process orders accurately, ensuring correct details and timely deliveries
  • Communicate with suppliers to coordinate quotes and orders
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Finance, Technical Support, and external partners to deliver excellent service
  • Keep databases updated with customer and order details
  • Support with other related administrative or service tasks as needed
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you’ll need:
  • Fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1-C2), spoken and written
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, administration or inside sales (B2B)
  • Interested in IT/software industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Highly organized, pro-active, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
  • Strong with numbers and comfortable working in a commercial environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Its a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day working from home every FridayBenefitsOur client offers a direct contract (first contract will be 7 months) with a focus on long-term commitment, providing:
  • A monthly salary ranging from €2.800to €3.300 gross, depending on your experience and education
  • Monthly bonuses linked to performance paid monthly
  • Holiday allowance.
  • 25 vacation days.
  • Reimbursement of travel costs up to €250 per month.
  • Extensive training and ongoing support.
  • Work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 30mins lunch break.
  • 4 days working onsite and 1 day working from home (Friday)
  • A dynamic and lively work environment located in the heart of Amsterdam.
