*Job Responsibilities:*

1. As required by Alibaba Cloud, perform 24\*7 or 5\*8 IDC data center duty.
2. Have comprehensive understanding of equipment and environment in IDC; possess capability for root cause analysis, review, improvement summarization, and promotion of corrective actions for IT operations incidents.
3. Have comprehensive understanding of equipment and environment in IDC; possess capability for root cause analysis, review, improvement summarization, and promotion of corrective actions for IT operations incidents.
4. Be familiar with the ticketing system, master SOP standard operating procedures and strictly execute them; able to independently complete all tickets, assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution; ensure zero faults and efficient delivery; able to independently analyse and coordinate related teams to handle non-standard scenarios.
5. Be familiar with project management processes, with basic capabilities in risk control, progress management, and project acceptance during project implementation.
*Job Requirement:*
1. 1 year of industry experience and work experience
2. Basic incident management capability and ability to promote optimization measures
3. Clear and logical expression, some cross-team communication capability
4. Team spirit, mutual support and assistance
5. Basic daily work and project management
6. Local language + English, Mandarin is a plus point
