  • Drive cross‑functional alignment at a senior regional level with EMEA Tax, Legal, FinOps and Accounting to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Support the delivery of various enterprise‑wide projects, acting as the senior Treasury lead for the EMEA region.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • Expert‑level understanding of international banking, complex liquidity structures (e.g. multi‑currency pooling, in‑house banking) and Treasury Management Systems (e.g. Kyriba, SAP, FIS).
  • A demonstrable track record of designing and implementing complex, cross‑border financial policies and leading technology‑driven transformation projects.
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
  • Proven ability to use strategic data analysis and financial modelling to influence senior leadership and drive policy‑level decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and organisational skills, strong project management acumen and a proven ability to manage complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and complex financial reporting requirements.
  • CTP, CFA, ACT or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Extensive prior experience working in an environment with multiple legal entities is required. Public company experience in a large multi‑national preferred.
