SolidNature has evolved into an international Luxury Lifestyle Brand specializing in high-end natural stone. We deliver complex, custom-made projects for leading architects, designers, and high-end interior studios worldwide.

To support our continued growth in a structured and controlled way, we are looking for a Finance Director who takes full ownership of finance and advises the management team based on data, analysis, and business intelligence.

You report directly to the CEO and are part of the management team.

Your Role

Full responsibility for SolidNature’s financial operations

Leading and further professionalizing the finance function

Ensuring accurate, reliable and transparent financial administration

Preparing and analyzing:

• Management reports
• Budgets and forecasts
• Cash flow and liquidity planning

Advising the CEO and MT on:

• Strategic decisions
• Financial risks and opportunities
• Growth and optimization initiatives

Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and internal controls

Ownership of data quality, financial structure and business intelligence

Further development and optimization of AFAS as the core business system

Coaching and developing the finance team

Must-haves

• Senior finance professional with end responsibility for finance for minimal 7 years
• Strong accounting and analytical foundation
• Proven experience with AFAS (implementation and/or optimization)
• Experience with management reporting, forecasting and business analysis
• Ability to translate financial data into clear MT-level advice
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulation
• Management-level mindset: strategic and hands-on
• Experience in a growing, project-driven organization is a plus
