Chief Commercial Officer

Are you ready to shape the marketing strategy of one of the Netherlands' fastest-growing fintech companies? We're looking for a Chief Commercial Officer with experience in fast paced, scale up environments to take the company to the next level!

You’ll be part of the executive team, leading the commercial strategy and driving revenue across all markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall commercial strategy across existing and new markets
• Build, lead, and grow the go-to-market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
• Take full ownership of revenue performance, focusing on key metrics like MRR, LTV, CAC, and customer retention
• Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact strategic partnerships (e.g. with POS providers, payment processors, and leasing companies)
• Establish scalable sales operations, including pipeline management and performance tracking
• Drive international expansion and ensure each market is commercially prepared for launch and growth

Qualifications

• 10 years+ of experience in commercial leadership roles within fintech, SaaS, payments, or B2B tech sectors
• Strong background in multi-country expansion
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling high-performing sales or commercial teams in fast-growing or scale‑up environments
• Strong grasp of B2B go-to-market strategies, particularly across diverse European markets
• Able to think strategically and operate effectively at both executive level and alongside frontline teams
• Results‑oriented and data‑driven
• Fluent English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Italian is a plus
