The Opportunity

We are hiring a Dutch speaking Software Implementation Consultant to lead the successful delivery and rollout of our rental management software for new and existing clients.

Salary & Benefits

• €40,000 – €65,000 per year (depending on experience) + benefits
• Remote working | Full-time

In this client-facing role, you will manage software implementation projects from discovery through go-live, ensuring customers adopt our solutions smoothly and achieve real business value. You will become a subject matter expert in MCS software, guiding clients through configuration, integration, training, and best practices.

Working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders, you will oversee multiple implementation projects across different industries and regions. This role suits someone who enjoys combining project coordination, problem-solving, and client collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of MCS software solutions for B2B clients
• Analyse customer workflows and align software configuration with business processes
• Deliver client training, onboarding, and system setup
• Collaborate with technical, product, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Track project timelines, identify risks early, and keep implementations on schedule
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for configuration and training (approx. 1–2 nights per month)

You should apply if

• Fluent or native Dutch speaker
• At least 2 year’s experience of implementing or supporting B2B, financial or ERP software solutions.
• An understanding of general business processes – purchasing, stock management, sales, invoicing.
• You have the ability to visualise the full scale of a project, and understanding the potential roadblocks.
• You’re data-driven - you tap into the analytics of each task to keep track of delivery times, determine how long something will take, and eliminate bottlenecks.
• A willingness to travel to customer sites to carry out training and configuration. This could be roughly 1 – 2 nights away per month.
• An understanding of SQL language (preferred)
