About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical senior individual contributor to join and start forming our Strategic Finance Team. This role will focus on building robust business cases, partnering with various business units, and modeling opportunities across our diverse product portfolio and expansion strategies. Enabling the company to move into a scientific stage of Central Enterprise Planning, leaning into a data-driven FP&A team as one of the main leads of the same.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Develop comprehensive business cases for new initiatives and strategic projects, modeling the path forward for countries, OKRs, and product lines in collaboration with the business.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and strategic guidance.
• Model opportunities across FinTech products, geo expansion, and segment expansion.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of strategic initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
• Hand over business cases to the Planning team as they go into a committed stage.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a similar role within other hyper-growth companies working with Fintech, FIG, or adjacent fields.
• Proven track record of building and evaluating business cases and financial models, driving business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS and fintech industries is highly desirable.
• Experience with geo and segment expansion strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
