As the Head of CDD&TM, you'll be a key player in our International AML Team. This role gives you a great chance to make a difference in a lively and diverse setting. You'll work with clients from 10 EU countries, including in retail, corporate, and professional fields.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and inspire the International CDD&TM Department with empathy, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- The team is 50 FTE in total, divided over 5 teams and across 4 countries.
- Work closely and partner with AML Compliance.
- Lead strategic change management projects, aligning processes and teams.
- Responsible for coaching and development, ensuring the team is adequately developed to maintain required knowledge levels.
- Develop comprehensive training and coaching plans for CDD & TM departments in partnership with AML Compliance, Team Leads (TLs), FEC specialist, and HR.
- Manage quality control, project management, and stakeholder engagement to elevate our practices.
- Lead the Onboarding and Off-boarding processes within LYNX, engaging in projects to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Introduce new processes and procedures into the organization and convert them into actionable work instructions.
- Manage and oversee third-party contracts for first-line AML services, including setting up, negotiating and auditing of defining across all branches.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You have at least 10 years’ experience in the financial sector, preferably in the investment sector.
- You've managed diverse teams in different countries, navigating the complexities of the operational aspects of CDD and transaction monitoring with ease.
- Your proven leadership skills are matched by your ability to make decisive, effective decisions even in challenging situations.
- You're known for your keen problem-solving skills, anticipating needs and crafting innovative solutions.
