Head of Customer Due Diligence and Transaction Monitor…

As the Head of CDD&TM, you'll be a key player in our International AML Team. This role gives you a great chance to make a difference in a lively and diverse setting. You'll work with clients from 10 EU countries, including in retail, corporate, and professional fields.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and inspire the International CDD&TM Department with empathy, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• The team is 50 FTE in total, divided over 5 teams and across 4 countries.
• Work closely and partner with AML Compliance.
• Lead strategic change management projects, aligning processes and teams.
• Responsible for coaching and development, ensuring the team is adequately developed to maintain required knowledge levels.
• Develop comprehensive training and coaching plans for CDD & TM departments in partnership with AML Compliance, Team Leads (TLs), FEC specialist, and HR.
• Manage quality control, project management, and stakeholder engagement to elevate our practices.
• Lead the Onboarding and Off-boarding processes within LYNX, engaging in projects to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Introduce new processes and procedures into the organization and convert them into actionable work instructions.
• Manage and oversee third-party contracts for first-line AML services, including setting up, negotiating and auditing of defining across all branches.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You have at least 10 years’ experience in the financial sector, preferably in the investment sector.
• You've managed diverse teams in different countries, navigating the complexities of the operational aspects of CDD and transaction monitoring with ease.

• You're known for your keen problem-solving skills, anticipating needs and crafting innovative solutions.
