For a client in the insulation and air-climate sector, active in both residential construction and commercial/utilities, we are looking for a skilled Insulation Sheet Metal Worker. The company is based near Enschede, and projects take place throughout the Netherlands. They are known for craftsmanship, high-quality finishing and long-term cooperation with freelancers and temporary workers.

You will be responsible for fabricating and installing aluminium cladding on

• ventilation ducts
• hot and cold pipelines
• machinery and technical installations

Tasks include

• measuring, cutting, bending and forming sheet metal
• applying insulation materials (mineral wool, stone wool, armaflex)
• fabricating and installing aluminium protective cladding
• working from technical drawings or sketches
• working independently at various project locations

This role can be performed on a freelance basis or via temporary employment, depending on your preference.

Wat vragen wij van jou

• Proven experience as an insulation sheet metal worker
• Skilled in aluminium cladding for ducts, pipes and machinery
• Able to work independently (freelance or temporary basis)
• Own tools and work van (required for freelancers)
• Accurate, safety-focused and reliable workmanship
• Willingness to work at various locations in the Netherlands
• Must speak Dutch or English at a functional level
