No well-built bike without you. From adjusting brakes to installing saddles, you're the one who makes sure every bike is assembled just right. In this role, you work with your hands and your head. Whether it’s city bikes, e-bikes or kids’ bikes, you’re a key link between the assembly line and the logistics team.
Your workday? Practical, structured, and satisfying.
Your day starts around 07:30 with a cup of coffee and a quick team check-in. Then you grab your work order and get to work. You mount parts, check safety and quality, and make sure each bike is ready to ride. Once everything is double-checked, you pack the bikes and prepare them for shipment.
In the afternoon, you finish up new orders or help out wherever it’s needed. You keep your workspace clean and organised. Before you know it, it’s 17:00 and you’ve wrapped up a productive day you can be proud of.

What you'll do
- Assemble bicycles based on clear work instructions
- Adjust components like brakes, lights and gears
- Perform safety and quality checks
- Pack bikes and prepare them for shipment
- Support with general logistics tasks
- Record notes and technical observations on your work order
- Communicate with assembly and logistics colleagues
- Keep your workstation clean and well-organised
- Update your team leader on your progress
What we expect from you
- You’re hands-on and enjoy practical work
- Technical skills or assembly experience are a plus
- You’re comfortable using tools like pliers and torque wrenches
- You speak Dutch or English
- You’re precise and pay attention to detail
- You’re physically fit and prefer day shifts
- You’re available 40 hours per week
- You work well independently and in a team
- You’re reliable and keep your promises
What you can expect from us
- Gross hourly wage between €14.90 and €15.30 (based on 40 hours)
- Weekly or 4-weekly payments, you choose
- Travel allowance (according to company policy)
