As account specialist are you responsible for the development and monitoring of logistics processes. You ensure correct delivery to customers and monitor goals of projects both internally and externally. You are the link between company and customers. Excellent customer satisfaction is obviously high on your agenda. Your duties as an account specialist also include:  - The result!
