As our Logistics Support Coordinator, you'll manage the logistics and shipping chain, ensuring timely deliveries while liaising with external courier companies and customers. You'll handle administrative tasks, multitask effectively, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on various projects. - Act as the primary contact for key functional communications with DC team partners. - Coordinate daily inbound and outbound planning and manage responses to stakeholders. - Facilitate communication with carriers, initiate claims, and monitor shipment statuses. - Organize pick-ups and deliveries to our labs, maintaining high standards of customer service. - Share KPIs and performance data with internal stakeholders to drive improvements. - Organize transportation to and from customers, ensuring compliance with SOPs and customs regulations.
