Job Description  • Operate in a finance business partner role, supporting the Operations Directors and Operations Managers to manage their businesses and achieve their ambitious financial targets. • Use trend analysis and forecasting techniques to highlight risk and opportunity in a timely manner to maximise benefit to the business. • Provide support and training to operational teams to ensure Operations Managers and Location Managers can maximise the operational efficiency of their teams and contracts . • Identify, evaluate, and recommend tools and technology to optimise site performance and user experience.  • Identify and implement initiatives at a regional level to deliver sustainable operational improvements. • Support the mobilisation of new contracts, including building realistic operating budgets, monitoring performance during initial trading and working with the Operations team to implement any corrective actions in a timely manner. • Support the regional month end process, reviewing proposed adjustments and supporting Operations Managers on location performance. • Provide meaningful and insightful reporting analysis to support regional operational review meetings. • Work effectively as pa
