Time Type: Full Time

Move forward as a Logistics Coordinator at DSV in Schiphol. Being responsible for the supply chain of international customers operating in the healthcare sector. You ensure that incoming goods are correctly received, process orders to prepare shipments for transport, and coordinate these tasks with warehouse colleagues. Working together with the healthcare team, you are customer-oriented and ensure the best logistical solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. You receive details about a shipment from your contact person at the customer.
2. Your colleagues in the warehouse receive the goods, check them for quantities, damages, batch and material numbers, and documentation.
3. All customer orders are entered into the warehouse management system (Boltrics).
4. Prepare shipments for shipping by coordinating with colleagues in the warehouse.
5. Coordinate with the customer on packaging options.
6. Keep the customer informed about the progress of shipments.

Requirements:

• Administrative work experience within a logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to set priorities.
• Resilient to stress and accustomed to working with various systems.
• Naturally interested in the logistics and transportation sector.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English for customer communication.
