Discipline Manager Instrumentation Engineering

Responsibilities

  1. Overall responsible for the Instrumentation engineering discipline
  2. Day to day management of the employees of the discipline.
  3. Coaching with regard to career planning, education and training possibilities
  4. Monitor projects on budget, progress and quality
  5. Manplanning, resourcing and hiring/acquiring new personnel

QA/QC Requirements

  • Bsc or Msc
  • Dutch speaking
  • Worked for engineering company for at least years
  • Experienced in Greenfield lumpsum projects
  • Minimum years experience in Instrumentation FEED, Basic and detailed engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing Instrumentation engineering teams during detailed engineering
  • Experience with international clients and different cultures
  • Excellent communication skills and editing skills
  • Solution-oriënted attitude
  • "Well-developed sense of responsibility"
  • Experienced in Automation, Telecommunication, F&G and functional safety
  • Experienced with offshore platform design
  • Experienced with HV substations design
