Main Responsibilities: As the Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for the following: Subsidiary financial report management: - Formulating the subsidiary's annual budget and setting financial management targets. - Providing monthly rolling forecasts to ensure target achievement. - Developing financial solutions for profit and cash flow management. - Supporting statutory audits as the project manager, overseeing audit progress and risk management. - Ensuring quality control of subsidiary finance, tax, and treasury work. - Managing other subsidiary finance solutions. Financing management: - Overseeing local financing activities. - Communicating with project teams to establish annual financing plans, focusing on major projects. - Operating financing processes within the system. - Addressing collection issues by liaising with banks. To excel in this role, you should have: -   - Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, with excellent communication abilities across different levels of counterparts. - Knowledge of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. - Experience in accounting, finance, and tax. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools. - Capability to utilize digital approaches for data analysis. - Ideally, 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance. - A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Fluency in English; Chinese language proficiency is advantageous.
