Looking for a Customer Service Returned Packages for a the Dutch office of a leading international Reverse Supply Chain Provider. Within this position it is important that you are solution-oriented and service minded. Do you have strong admin skills and do you like to work with electronics? Are you fluent in English and do you know basic Dutch? And do you get energy out of solving problems? Then I would like to get in contact with you! Within the position of Customer Service Returned Packages you are responsible for all questions and problems the customer faces. This entails; - Handling retuned packages; - Provide information of the products and services; - Daily Contact with logistics service partner - Do check ups on returned products (electronics); - May be required to work on special projects as needs arise.
