Responsibilities

• An obligation to deliver outstanding, concierge level customer service
• Receive inbound calls, gather and verify required information
• Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given
• Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products
• Attend team meeting/additional training sessions as scheduled
• Share best practices and encourage development with staff and peers

Qualifications

• Minimum year customer service experience
• (near) Native Dutch and good English skills
• Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet the customer’s needs
• Ability to effectively probe customers to obtain information needed to process requests
• Strong customer service, analytical and decision making skills
• Energetic, dynamic way of handling customers in a conversational manner
• Motivated to be a consistent high performer – self-identifying ways to improve performance; taking initiative to identify areas of opportunity; receptive to and able to appropria incorporate feedback
• Ability to operate a phone system, personal computer
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays - working hours will be Mon – Sun between . – . hours
