Media Operator

The role is responsible for taking care of trafficking, registering and ingesting broadcast material, performing quality checks and spot-checking. is also mainly responsible for the commercial processing (e.g. commercials/advertisements and promos).

Your key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for commercial deliveries;
• with the , and Content Ops about late commercial deliveries or issues Ingest of media (from tape or digital files) into our media management system;
• Ensure that material is prioritized to meet the requirements of play-out and client of the ;
• the commercial processing and workflows with internal and external clients (e.g. local and international media agencies);
• Responsible for the correct and timely availability of all material needed for transmission/publishing;
• Support management in developing technical and operational workflows to improve performance of and to solve technical- & operational problems;
• Reporting on performance.

• Bachelor’s degree, with approxima - years of experience in environment;
• Familiar with media logistic processes/media transfer processes;
• Operational experience with handling digital media files;

• Fluent in written and verbal English;
• High degree of accuracy, attention to details and perform tasks “first-time-right”;
