The Human Resources Manager contributes to ’ success by providing proactive support to all employees and managers through professional advice. Elevates capability of managers through HR coaching and advice in line with HR processes and policies and local legal requirements.

Your key responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following

  • Support ing implementation of human resources strategic plans, tactic programs for client departments, specifically the S upply C hain Organization for . Manag ing tactical projects for a specifi c team within the business unit;
  • Serv ing as an advocate on behalf of employees or a specific team or department within the business unit. Solicit ing and listen ing to employees ’ concerns and taking an ac tive role in resolving problems;
  • Specialist in the field of Dutch labor law, tax, insurances, pay roll and labor market movements;
  • Provid ing information, or facilitat ing employees ’ ability to obtain information about benefits, compensation, training, and other Human Resources programs and services;
  • Providing consultation and support to managers on employee relations issues and applicable the policies and employmen ts laws with guidance from the Senior Human R esources Manager ;
  • Closely collaborat ing with the Corporate R ecruiter to ensure selects employees who will best meet departmental and needs;
  • Serv ing as a backup for the C orporate Recruiter and in the lead for R ecruitment for strategic roles th at are difficult to recruit for;
  • Closely collaborat ing with Total Pay and Learning & Development team (both and in the ) to ensure tai lor made processes and approach;
  • Support ing the global relocation process; liais ing with the international relocation vendor, expat centre , global assignment team and relevant generalists to support sm ooth relocation of all employees ;
  • Manag ing sick leave process and liais ing w ith ARBO, employees and managers;
  • Providing investigation and consultation support to managers addressing employee conduct and performance issues;
  • Provid ing HR metrics and analy sis to the business as required;
  • Work ing with SCO LT and management to assess needs and to design and develop organizat ion structures and talent plans;
  • Facilitating employee learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning and career development in accordance with Mi ssion Statement and Core Values;
  • Monitor ing and report ing on organizational climate and client group trends through turnover and exit interviews. Monitor ing work unit performance effectiveness and individual perfo rmance and effectiveness trends.

Your profile

The ideal Human Resources Manager we’re looking for has a minimum of years of HR experience, preferably in an international organization .

Must haves

• Bachelor or Master degree in HR ;

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and in writing ;

• Excellent understanding of Dutch labor law (developments), up to date knowledge of Dutch tax, social security regulations and requirements ;

• Excellent attention to detail ;

• Positive can-do attitude ;

• Customer focused ;

• Able to see and understand consequences of actions ;

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines ;

• Analytical skills and the ability to construct HR reports ;

• Ability to work both independently and as part of team ;

• Creativity, flexibility and adaptable to change ;

• Result oriented and pragmatic approach .
