- Works with user community to enhance their use of the financial consolidation and reporting systems;
- Responsible for help desk functions as second line support;
- Uses judgment as to type of incident reported (functional or technical) and elevates or escalates incident to other members of the support team, or support;
- Monitors and resolves incidents within the suite, and informs/updates user community;
- Performs trend analysis on repetitive incidents and escalates appropria;
- Develops and supports data templates and reports;
- Escalates issues in a timely manner and liaises with Senior Analysts;
- Provides extended support to user community as required during key reporting periods;
- May provide functional assistance and training to user community.

Functie eisen

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or or equivalent applicable experience;
- – years’ practical work experience related to Accounting, Finance or ;
- – years’ experience with software or similar in the context of financial business systems;
- Strong working of basic accounting or finance principles;
- Contributes as a member of a team while possessing the ability to be self-motivated and to work independently;
- Fluent English speaker and writer required.
