ING International Talent Programme – 

Contribute to ING's optimal service provision
The ING International Talent Programme () is a three-year that will help you achieve your full potential, so that you can make a real difference within ING. You will be given the opportunity to learn all about ING and our business. The projects in your first year, your rotation year, will enable you to gain significant expertise and experiences in a short period of time.

ING’s aim is to simplify the financial services that it provides to its customers. This means that you will constantly be working to improve our services (internally and externally), so that customers’ needs in the long run are served best at all times. Whether you are active in Risk, , Retail Banking, Finance, or IT, placing the customer’s interest central is of paramount importance to you.

Training and supervision
As a Trainee, you will take part in global events such as ). With your fellow trainees, you will also take part in a general and track-specific training programme. This could include

­- personal development such as time management, presentation skills and leadership
­- professional development such as skills in the development of pitches
­- organisational development such as providing insight into strategic priorities
­- getting your CFA

HR will give you the tools and support that you need to achieve your full potential during the . You will also receive substantive support from your Manager and you get appointed a mentor (from the senior management of ING). He or she will challenge and inspire you to achieve your maximum potential.

Directly responsible for the daily activities of 
There are five tracks on the that you can choose to follow, one of which is the '' track. If you start as a  Trainee at ING, you will be involved in the daily activities of  from day one. You will be responsible for fulfilling a concrete assignment, such as working on the present customer portfolios together with the Manager, or on a deal within .
After six months you will start your second assignment within . Both assignments will be in lign with your preferences and help you to expand your network. Needless to say, this will benefit your development and the start after your first year at work.

Wherever you work in the company, you will be responsible for following developments in the market and establishing a long-term relationship with our customers . You therefore have a sense of enterprise and you know what is important to our customers. You have a keen desire to optimize our services to serve our clients in their best interest. In varying teams of experts, you will continue to make considerable contributions to our  business.

You call the shots with respect to many aspects of the programme. Based on your interests, curiosity and development needs, you can state your preferences for your first project. For your next project and first position you take the initiative. Even if it's an international adventure you want - the option is there. So, you are in charge of how your is designed!
