European Marketing Manager - Interim
Assignment for - months,focusing on and implementing strategy of fabric care and personalcare categories within in Europe. Function includes managementand development of fabric care and personal care portfolio activities forEurope, in support to the line manager. Besides overall maintenance ofactivities, incl. running the monthly cross-functional operations meeting, thefunction connects as well to innovation and range strategy and expansion andmanagement of projects for Europe. All activities include communication withinternal customers (Diversey country marketers and sales colleagues) as well asexternal (brand owners , and other partnersas well as distributor customers and professional end users.)
Responsibilities
- Managing Product Operation Meeting (POM) activities; focusing on own categories
- Product offer management – including extending/white spotting, and range maintenance; especially focusing on branded products
- Guarding brand equity compliance in artwork on products and promotional materials
- Guarding contractual boundaries with brand owners and
- Managing artwork updates, formulation and packaging updates as well as sourcing location changes
- Supervising sku setup (and ensuring communication flow with country teams and central cross-functional teams)
- Responsible for management of category innovation platform; innovation planning, launching and follow-up, including development of pricing, promotional guidelines, sales toolkit, etc together with trademarketing
- Country support and guidance; including periodic calls with countries
- Co-ordinate and contact and follow-up category plans, innovations and activations with brand owners (); incl meetings, conferences with both Marketing and Supply chain
A Bachelor or University degree, . - years international marketing experience e.g. as marketing manager. Preferably experienced in consumer marketing/FMCG/BB. An international person with a foreign (European) nationality and excellent (English) communication and presentation skills. Experience in developing and executing marketing/brand assets to drive customer engagement & support sales. Knowledge and experience with digital projects; understandig and E-techniques; ideally in bb environment. Hands-on commercial mentality, strategic thinker and fluent English speaking and working skills.
