Are you an ENGLISH NATIVE SPEAKER and would you like to work for an innovative company in the centre of ?



You will be responsible for

- Providing clear and excellent end user and retail support for our devices to our consumers and retailers

- Offering assistance on a wide range of technical issues relating to use of the products

- Presales advice and troubleshooting

- Procedural assistance for after sales logistics

We are looking for

- Experience in customer service or support

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Technical skills and/or passion for gadgets

- Availability for a least one year

- Possession of a Dutch -number (BSN-number)

- Permanent address in the area

- Valid work permit and/or status for a minimum of one year
