What will be your responsibilities?
As a Customer service representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the organization. You insure that the customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequa; manage our services to customers and transfer product knowledge.
The & department serves customers and prospective customers by handling all inquiries and complaints. All inquiries and complaints are handled by phone, mail, or . is responsible for after-sales services issues, technical and product topics and general company related inquiries.

What do we expect from you?
- You have finished a higher vocational education or you have finished a bachelor ( or university)
- You are available for hours a week
- You manage the English and Dutch language at an excellent level
- You have experience in customer care
- You are a team player and open-minded
- You have good written and verbal skills
