General Purpose

Responsible for the timely and error free coordination of shipments and coordinating all Europe transportation activities

, Responsibilities and Expectations

• Coordinate delivery schedules with customer
• Responsible for booking internal transport with forwarders
• Arrangement of cargo/container pickup cross European countries
• Responsible for the preparation of custom documents
• Timely resolve and transportation issues
• Freight claim process
• freight billing
• Tracking shipment status
• Ensure compliance to all regulations
• Develop ’s for quality, cycle time, cost, on time shipment and delivery
• WEEE Compliance

Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime and evening / weekend hours in order to meet deadlines

Functie-eisen

Essential Skills and Experience

• + years of experience as a warehouse employee
• Reach truck certificate
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and other Office programs
• Good English skills required
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle knowledge a plus
• Familiar with worldwide regulations
