Communication with the customers is mostly in Dutch or English. Therefore, it is required that you are fluent both languages.
Working activities
As a customer service agent you will give information to the - group customers regarding flight fares, availability and schedules. In this role it is your job to recognize sales leads and act upon them. You also explain advantages of the - group and partner.
You will be responsible for the following tasks

• Answer questions coming in through various communication channels (e.g. phone, , chat) within set targets
• Search for information using the computerized systems or manuals
• Provide information regarding specific services and subjects
• Handle complaints by analyzing, explaining and, if possible, by offering a solution
• Insert provided information into an existing reservation and, if requested, change or cancel an existing reservation
• Keep knowledge of the different websites, the reservations system and handling targets up to date
• Support agents with the use of online products
